Emo vs. Punk Party at DAS Beer Garden
Whether you grew up singing along to My Chemical Romance on your MySpace profile or skanking to Blink 182 at a house party, it’s time to dust off those studded belts and skinny jeans for DAS Beer Garden’s Emo vs. Punk Party Saturday, May 31.
The party will feature live music from Deserted Will 7pm-10pm as they cover the best emo and punk anthems from Taking Back Sunday, Hawthorne Heights, Rise Against, Fall Out Boy, Good Charlotte, Panic! at the Disco, A Day to Remember, Paramore, Green Day, The All-American Rejects, and more!
Channel your inner Hot Topic from the 90s and 2000s with emo bangs, punk plaid, band tees and Converse that have seen better days, because a special prize awaits for the best-dressed rebel of the night.
Bring your friends, bring your angst, and raise a pint glass to the glory days of skateboarding, screaming and too much eyeliner.
Free Beer at DAS Beer Garden if the “Batter of the Day” Strikes Out!
DAS Beer Garden opens for lunch at 11:30am on St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Marlins home games during the Spring Training season. Not only is it a restaurant near Roger Dean Stadium, but it’s within walking distance, right across the street!
To sweeten the deal for you, DAS chooses a “Batter of the Day” from the opposing team for each game—if he strikes out, that means free beer for you! For these strikeouts, head to DAS within an hour after the game ends to claim your free DAS Lager.
